The Cookbook of Emotions is a three day lab at Tekniska museet where we together start develop a cookbook that focuses on the relationship between food and emotions as well as how food can be a tool to sense and rediscover our own bodies. The book wants to understand if a meal can be a journey into another realm/reality. How do the settings that we eat in, our expectations and other external factors affect how we experience the meal?

We, Natasha Rosling, Vilma Luostarinen and Per Huttner, invite you to be a part of the research of this book in the making and at the same time experience a journey into your own body.
