The EEGsynth is going into a busy phaze of development and performance thanks to the hard work by the team since 2013 and a grant by Kulturbryggan. Here are a few of the things that will happen in the spring:

* From Feb 7-11 we will present the EEGsynth as part of the COGITO project a Techart i Rotterdam.

*We will also be present with the EEGsynth at the Second Square Makers fair in Paris February 9-12.

* The third week of Feb, we will present with the EEGsynth with a presentation, concert and  individual ‘compositions’ with the visitors who will subscribe to the event.

* The EEGsynth will be on French national TV on February  18 on M6 (E=M6).

* In the end of February Natasha Rosling and Stephen Whitmarsh will try to adapt the EEGsynth to read EGG (electrogastography – neural activity in the gut) for our event at Tekniska museet in Stockholm.

* Mid-march will be a very big event for “the week of the brain” in Paris, for a large lay audience at ENS. It will merge presentations by Stephen Whitmarsh and an EEGsynth sound performance by Samon Takahashi.

* In April we present our EGG event at Tekniska museet in Stockholm.

* April 26-29 the whole EEGsynth crew will do a mini-residency at Iklektik in London.
Here we will really have time to support and develop musical ideas with Jean-Louis Huhta. The four day event will include visits of friends, colleagues and interested as well as a performance

Finally we want congratulate Stephen Whitmarsh who will start working at Salpetiere hospital studying epilepsy, using recordings of single cells in living human brains (intracranial electrodes) on April 1st.
